Oshkosh M1070 HET Truck Mod for SpinTires 25.12.15

This version of the HET is so much better.  I used to have it before the newer update came out but now I can't find where or how to download it.

Why this car is not uploaded to the Creative Workshop steam it (My English is not very good .. I had to use Google translate to comment.)
